Who is number one in the FM27 women's old but gold list?
Alex Greenwood of Man City tops our women's old but gold list, and Karim Benzema tops the men's list.
How did you pick these players?
Players aged 31 or over who are valued at £2m or less or have no club, ranked by how good they are today.
What do the stars mean?
They work like FM's own stars, compared with the whole game. Gold stars run from half a star to five: 5 is world class, 4 a starter for a top club, 3 a solid top-flight player, 2 a lower league player and 1 non-league. Silver stars are for players below half a gold star, usually very young ones. "Now" is how good they are today and "Potential" is how good they could become.
Which version of FM27 is this from?
These lists come from the FM27 free preview database at the start of the 2026/27 season. We will rebuild every list from the full game after it comes out on 10 November 2026, and again after big database updates, so clubs, values and contracts stay current.
Is there a men's version of this list?
Yes. Every FM27 list on FM Extra Time covers men's and women's football. Use the Men's and Women's buttons above the list to switch.
